Throughout the project, McLaren's support and knowledge have been invaluable."
"The flexibility of the McLaren Solutions modules has allowed us to start by developing our competency framework and then move into a full competency-based appraisal system in a matter of weeks rather than months."
Terry Webb - Group Training & Development Director
Marketform embarked on a programme of work to enhance management capability and instil the concept of generic and technical competencies throughout the organisation. This was driven by an internal need to manage and measure people performance more effectively and improve management performance reporting and development plans to satisfy the Training and Competence requirements of the Financial Services Authority (FSA)
In order to achieve this in a sensible and effective way, they needed to ensure that they focused on both individual and team development. In order to deliver this efficiently and cost-effectively, they used the Capability Profiler and Performance Reviewer from McLaren Solutions.
