The Culture Profiler enables you to establish three types of profile for a team or organisation:
- Desired - How the culture ‘should be’.
- Current – How the culture ‘currently is’.
- Individual – How an individual would ‘prefer’ the culture to be.
The model is based upon 16 culture dimensions that commonly appear within organisations. Each of these dimensions is underpinned by a definition and 5 statements.
All profiles are based upon the same culture dimensions and comparing the profiles will identify any gaps that needs to be addressed.
