If you contact me by email, I will receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry.

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or automated data collection. I don't collect any personal information from visitors simply browsing the site.

Any information you send me is used only to:

• respond to your enquiry

• provide the services you've asked about, if we go on to work together

• keep basic business records where I'm required to (e.g. for invoicing or tax purposes)

I will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long I keep your information

I keep enquiry and client information only for as long as reasonably necessary — typically no longer than needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver any agreed work, and meet legal or accounting requirements (usually up to 6 years for financial records, in line with UK tax rules).

• ask what personal information I hold about you

• ask me to correct or delete it

• ask me to stop using it

• complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you have concerns about how your data is handled (ico.org.uk)
